• Within physical servers. We maintain several physical servers which are securely located at our Head Office.
• Hard copy, where hard copies of data are retained, they are kept in a secure and clean environment.

We avoid sharing your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes, but this may be necessary for the benefit of the programme and to deliver the rewards to you that we need to. But all parties will adhere to the current strict data protection and privacy laws and ensure your data is safe at all times.

• For a supplier to fulfil your experience gift operationally.

• Right to be forgotten – Once you know what personal information we hold on you, you can request us to delete the relevant information, email hello@clivetclub.co.uk and request deletion.
• Right to object from us processing your data – You can object to processing from direct marketing communications by emailing hello@clivetclub.co.uk but this may necessitate membership cancellation as we will not be able to service your membership efficiently
• Right to correct your data – You will be able to correct your own data within your account zone, but if you need anything else updating, please email hello@clivetclub.co.uk
