General Clivet Club Conditions

  • The Clivet Club scheme is operated for Clivet Group UK Ltd., Unit F5 + F6 Railway Triangle Industrial Estate, Walton Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire, England, PO6 1TG, by “The Promoter”, who is hereafter named as, The BIG Bright Ideas Group Ltd., Correspondence address: The Clivet Club, Unit F5 & F6 Railway Triangle Industrial Estate, Walton Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO6 1TG

  • The Clivet Club or “The Promoter” can cancel, withdraw or alter the Scheme, including these Terms and Conditions, or any individual Clivet Club Membership, at any time.
  • The Scheme is only valid in the UK.
  • The Clivet Club can take any action it considers appropriate if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the Scheme.
  • The Promoters decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into any discussion about members that are disqualified.

Definitions

"Clivet Club Points"

means the credits denominated as Clivet Club Points earned by a Member and credited to a Member's Clivet Club Account;

"Data" -means data personal to a Member;
"Member" - means the person who is a member of The Clivet Club
"Membership" - means membership of the Clivet Club

Data Protection

  • We will only share your details with businesses that process Clivet Club info on our behalf (in the UK. We will analyse your purchase history to provide you with relevant and personalised offers, information and advice. Your account activity will allow us to tailor make offers and promotions for you that will be relevant. By providing your email address on the website sign-up form, you will automatically be registered on www.clivetclub.co.uk
  • Clivet Group UK Ltd (the owner) and The Promoter are both registered for the Data Protection Act and keeps all records confidential in accordance with the necessary Act practices.
  • We will not sell any details acquired on to any other third parties. Details will only be used in accordance with Clivet Club marketing and the incentive programme in particular.
  • We aim to respond within a 24 hour period from an enquiry being received but at busy times this may take a little longer.

Membership Card

  • You do not receive a membership card as everything will be online for you in your account at www.clivetclub.co.uk
  • We are an eco-conscious and sustainable company and any waste has been avoided in printing cards.
  • If you have any trouble logging in to your account, contact hello@clivetclub.co.uk

Clivet Club Membership

  • Members must be the person responsible for purchasing air conditioning products within their company.
  • Individuals who are 18 years of age or over may apply for membership.
  • Membership is offered at the discretion of Clivet Group UK Ltd or “The Promoter” we may refuse Membership to any applicant.
  • Multiple Membership is not permitted, and each Member must maintain only one account. In the case of duplication of Clivet Club Membership, all Clivet Club Memberships (other than the first Clivet Club Membership approved by Clivet Group UK Ltd) will be cancelled as will any duplicate Clivet Club Points.
  • Only one person per company can be registered to receive points for that company.
  • Applicants will be admitted to Clivet Club Membership on the date they activate their account via www.clivetclub.co.uk; by completing the registration form on the home page. By activating their account Clivet Club, Members agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time) and the information on www.clivetclub.co.uk
  • Each Clivet Club Member must give “The Promoter” immediate written notice of any changes of name or preferred mailing address and, if requested by “The Promoter”, written proof of any such changes. These changes can also be made online by visiting your online account at www.clivetclub.co.uk
  • Clivet Group UK Ltd or “The Promoter” will not be responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail, or indeed gifts that go astray if your address and contact details are not kept up-to-date.
  • Membership will terminate automatically upon the death of a Clivet Club Member, Clivet Club Points accumulated but unused at the time of death shall be transferred to another appointed member at the members’ registered office.
  • Members may terminate their Clivet Club Membership by emailing hello@clivetclub.co.uk stating that they no longer wish to be a Member. Any such termination will result in a loss of all Clivet Club Points and does not relieve the Clivet Club Member of any continuing obligations under these terms and conditions.
  • Any abuse of membership, or logging of fraudulent claims, will be investigated and acted upon in accordance with incentive promotion rules and guidance.
  • There are three tiers of Clivet Club Membership – EVO, ENERGY, EXCELLENCE
    • EVO members spend up to £50,000 on Clivet products per annum. Once your spend reaches £50,001 you move through to ENERGY Membership.
    • ENERGY members spend between £50,001 and £100,000 on Clivet products per annum. Once your spend goes over £100,000, you move through to EXCELLENCE membership.
    • EXCELLENCE members spend £100,001+ per annum on Clivet products per annum
  • All Clivet Club Members join at EVO level.

Collecting Clivet Club Points

  • Registered Members will collect 1 Clivet Club point for every £1 you spend on Clivet products
    • i.e. £10,000 purchase = 10,000 points to spend
  • Clivet or “The Promoter” reserves the right to withdraw points promotions/offers without notice.
  • HOW TO COLLECT CLIVET CLUB POINTS…
    • Go to www.clivetclub.co.uk and register
    • Purchase Clivet air conditioning or heat pumps
    • Keep a log of your invoices for your purchases and go to www.clivetclub.co.uk and make regular claims to add the points to your account
    • When you want to redeem, go to www.clivetclub.co.uk and go shopping!
  • It is recommended that Clivet Club points are regularly added to your account as you may go up through the membership zones and therefore receive additional club benefits.
    • TIP… set aside one day per month to upload your claims to The Clivet Club to make sure that when it gets to Christmas or when you want to order something, they are all there waiting for you to spend.

Spending Clivet Club Points

  • There are 4 zones to The Clivet Club:
    • Luxury Zone – with over 50 luxury items to choose from
    • Holiday Zone – with over 50 weekends or holidays or choose from
    • Business Zone – everything you need to help you with your business
    • Concierge – where you can swap your points for literally anything you wish. As long as it is a legitimate request and we are able to order, we can manage bespoke requests via the Concierge service.
  • We will not exchange Clivet Club Points for cash and the offer is non-transferable.
  • You must have enough Clivet Club Points to cover the cost of the item; you cannot make a part payment of points towards a product or service.
  • Points must be redeemed within 18 months of date of points accumulation
  • Points will not be carried over after this period. Any points not redeemed by this date will be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for Clivet Club Points collection and redemption without notice.
  • The calculation of the 2% that you have accrued is worked out on the gifts in the Clivet Club Shop.
  • The gifts available in the shop are correct at time of going live but are subject to change when new models or upgrades become available, therefore, you may receive a slightly different model from the one advertised
  • If there is a gift you would like but it isn’t in the shop, then please contact us via the CONCIERGE zone and we will make a manual claim for you for your gift.
  • We reserve the right to swap or replace of similar type the gift that is being ordered due to constant changes, especially in the technology zone that are so fast moving.
  • We will always supply of-equivalent gifts to the one that has been ordered.
  • Holidays are arranged via our select holiday provider and will be as advertised, unless you request a Concierge bespoke holiday when our travel team will be assigned to you to manage every element.
  • Gifts will be delivered to the address on the registered account. If you need the gifts delivering to a separate address, please amend the address on your account.
  • We accept no responsibility for goods going to the wrong address or not being received if the address on the account is incorrect or there is no one in to receive them.
  • We endeavour to turn all orders around within a few days but at busy times, please allow up to 14 working days for processing of your claims.

Evidence of Spend

  • We will only be able to process claims for gifts and validate points once copy invoices have been provided and goods have been paid for.
  • No copies of invoices will be circulated outside this incentive and will not be shared with any outside parties.
  • Serial numbers will need to be entered when making a claim so that it can be tied up with the serial numbers that have been put into the marketplace.
  • We request details of where the unit has been installed to help with our enhanced warranty offered with The Clivet Club.

Returning Clivet Air Conditioning or Heat Pumps (after a claim has been made)

  • If you return a Clivet product, we'll deduct the points from your Clivet Club Account that you collected when you bought the product. If you do not have sufficient points to deduct, we will deduct the points from your Clivet Club Account as and when future qualifying purchases are made.
  • When returning goods, unless you are requesting an exact replacement, any Clivet Club points collected on these goods will be deducted from your Clivet Club Account.
  • If a product you buy with points is faulty, please email hello@clivetclub.co.uk If necessary we will re-credit your account with the right number of points. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.
  • Delivery notes must be returned along with any faulty items to ensure warranty validation.

Benefits In Kind

  • Any gifts supplied via this incentive are deemed benefit-in-kind and should be declared on your business annual returns.
  • Clivet Group UK Ltd accept no responsibility of the tax element or declaration of such.
